Puerto Rico in March

Last year during this time, went to puerto rico for a friend's wedding. During my time there I took a lot of photos and while cleaning out my computer this week, I fell upon this images that I completely forgot to load up. So I rather post them now then never. The images happen to be some of my favorites during my time in Puerto Rico. Its a beautiful place.

these images were taken in EL MORRO ( "castle" stands guard at the entrance to San Juan harbor as a reminder of a by-gone era when invading countries would attempt sea attacks to take this prized city and harbor).

INUNDATED DREAMSCAPE

Slowly drifting into the cold, submerging into the deep, Afraid of
not finding a way out. Being consumed by aching numbness. Trying
to wake my soul from this empty space. Can anyone hear me? I’m
alive within this watery grave. Immersing, struggling to escape.
Death begins to crowd me. I must go.
Silently slipping without a hand to hold. Finding lost souls along
the way. I know this is not the place I want to stay. Gasping for
air, as I fade from the light into this dark space.
I can see the brighter shore. The edge is so close, but I’ am numb
and frozen. Dragging me down slowly. Feeling each icy wave
seeping through every inch of my body. Will I ever break free
from this watery grave? To never be seen again.
